After your deductible, which is sometimes met before treatment begins, and your co-pay, there are no additional costs. We are in network with the majority of insurance companies, including Anthem Blue Cross, Magellan, Optum, United Behavioral Health, Aetna and Cigna.

We usually have 3 to 4 people in group. We have four therapists, two registered dietitians, a family nurse practitioner, and a registered diet technician. This means you will have one on one treatment.

Our registered dietitians will work with you to develop an approach to food that will nourish your body. We take into account the psychological and physical difficulties that are part of eating disorder food choices.

Our program is built to provide you with a solid foundation to support your recovery. This includes creating a recovery team for your support after your transition from Full Heart Treatment Center. After completion of the IOP program, you will have the necessary skills to continue the recovery process in your life beyond the treatment center.

Our therapists and dietitians are always available for consultation. On Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 PM we offer a free support group. You may choose to attend when you are able.

You are able to begin at Full Heart Treatment Center as soon as you complete your scheduled assessment interview. This can usually be as soon as a day or two after your phone call/email inquiry.

Full Heart Treatment Center recommends a program total of 40 days over a period of 12 weeks. Evidence-based studies show that the longer clients are in program, the more likely they are to recover.

You may have access to your phone or computer during break times between meal and group sessions.

We provide one hour a week individual therapy and one-half hour a week consultation with a registered dietitian. We offer one hour a week family therapy if the family is available. These sessions are scheduled at your convenience outside treatment hours.
