A native of Santa Rosa, Janelle attended Santa Rosa Junior College and studied abroad in Paris, France. Upon her return, struggling with her own health, she decided to pursue a career as a dietitian.

Janelle graduated from San Jose State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in nutritional science, and double minor in literature and complementary and alternative medicine. She completed her internship through San Jose State and became a registered dietitian in 2013.

Janelle brings insight and motivation to the recovery process. At Full Heart, she is the go-to person on the front lines of the battle for eating disorder recovery. With compassion and empathy, she offers love and support to all those struggling with disordered eating on their journey forward.
