Will Formaker, LMFT has been counseling individuals and families for over thirty years. He received his Master of Science degree in counseling from California State University, Hayward.
Will has made an impact on peoples' lives by his work in various settings, including Quest Eating Disorder IOP, Russian River Counselors, Memorial Hospice and Home Hospice of Sonoma. He recently celebrated his 27th year in private practice in Santa Rosa, CA.
Will's career has allowed him to share his commitment to caring for people while delivering home service to the dying and their families, as well as providing group, family and individual counseling in programs for disordered eating. Will developed his expertise in working with eating disorders in 2004, which continued through his service as Program Director of an IOP/PHP in 2014.
Will is the founder and Program Director at Full Heart Treatment Program, begun in March of 2014. He specializes in eating disorder treatment in his private practice, as well as depression, anxiety and other related diagnoses. Will is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Will believes the population of people with eating disorders is underserved. He derives great satisfaction providing services to these bright and capable individuals so they may live creative lives free from the tyranny of disordered eating.
